Meanwhile, bedrooms at either end of the tent give the parents their own space away from the kids to hopefully encourage a better night’s sleep. To help with sleeping, Vango has used their Midnight bedrooms to reduce early morning light and this hopefully means you don’t wake up when the sun does.

the Vesta couldn’t be easier to pitch thanks to Vango’s S.I Pro (Single Point Inflation), simply peg out the base of the tent, pump it up from one point (or let an electric pump do it for you) and guy the tent out. This whole process has been demonstrated by Mike in our own YouTube videos (as seen in the link below). Even though the tent can be pumped up from one point it has multiple deflation points to make packing away the tent a doddle. This is also helped by the Smart Pack Bag which gives you the option of compressing the tent before zipping it into the bag.

Other key features in the tent are the large panoramic windows not only at ground level but also in the roof; these skylights help to make the living area brighter and zipped sky curtains can be pulled across to give coverage if desired. Airflow throughout the tent is important and there are ventilation panels high and low throughout the tent. Both the doors have a zip down blind which increases airflow and helps to reduce condensation. Alongside the mirrored positioned doors are PVC windows to give plenty of light, privacy curtains simply toggle up to enclose your living space. A brow canopy over the main door allows you to enter the tent without getting dripped on and also means you can keep the mesh panel open even when the rain is coming down.

the Vesta sits in Vango’s new Eco Dura Collection which has been designed to be environmentally friendly and durable. The entire range is made from single-use plastics and every tent has an equivalent plastic bottle total to help show what Vango can create from just a small amount of waste. Vango has combined this concept with their Dura method of weaving the fabric to increase the strength of the material without having to increase the thickness of the thread. The Eco fabric has a waterproof rating of 4,000mm HH and UV protection factor of UPF30+; if this wasn’t enough the fabric also has ColourLok which aids colour retention from UV light.
