2 Man Tents

Sounds simple doesn’t it? But it needs to be thought out carefully. Remember you’ll probably need space in your tent for living, not just for sleeping, and if you’re backpacking with a friend, don’t forget you will both have gear to stow. You could get around this be using a 3 man tent, with perhaps a small porch area. Don’t forget, the extra weight can be overcome by splitting the tent up into two parcels and each of you carrying one.
